Instructions

  2. Sauté Aromatics and Mushrooms: Add diced onions and minced garlic to the pan with the bacon fat. Sauté until fragrant and translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender and their juices have evaporated slightly.
  3. Create the Rich Sauce: Deglaze the pan using grape juice and vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural). Stir in the vegetable broth. Whisk in the natural gelling agent and cook gently over medium heat until the sauce thickens to a silky, luscious consistency.
