Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the pieces in olive oil ensuring they are evenly coated for a perfect crispy texture when cooked.
  2. Cook the Turkey Bacon: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the smoked turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil, while leaving some bacon fat in the pan for flavor.
  3. Cook the Chicken: In the skillet with the remaining bacon fat, add the seasoned chicken strips. Cook over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Add a splash of vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural) near the end to enhance the flavor.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas flat. Layer with fresh lettuce first, followed by tomato slices. Add the warm crispy chicken strips and turkey bacon on top. Generously sprinkle plant-based cheese over the fillings for a creamy finish.
