Instructions

  2. Prepare the Chicken and Bacon: While the onions caramelize, slice smoked turkey bacon into bite-sized pieces and cook in a separate pan until crispy. Set aside. Pat the chicken thighs dry, season with salt and pepper, and lightly brown them in the same pan to develop flavor on each side for around 3-4 minutes per side.
