Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Chop the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and dice the smoked turkey bacon. Clean and cut the seasonal vegetables into similar-sized chunks for even cooking. Mince the garlic and roughly chop the onions.
  2. Cook the Bacon and Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the smoked turkey bacon and sauté until crispy. Remove and set aside, then add chicken pieces to the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides but not fully cooked through.
