Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve one cup of pasta water before draining the pasta, then set aside.
  2. Sauté the Mushrooms: While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Build the Sauce: Add the minced garlic to the mushrooms and sauté for about one minute until fragrant. Stir in the plant-based cream (natural), vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), salt, black pepper, and natural gelling agent. Allow the sauce to simmer gently for approximately 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.
