Instructions

  2. Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and natural gelling agent. Add the eggs, softened plant-based butter, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce, and the yeast mixture. Mix until the dough begins to form, then knead for about 10 minutes by hand or with a stand mixer until smooth and elastic.
  3. First Rise: Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover it with a clean cloth. Let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
