Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yeast Mixture: Combine warm water, natural sugar, and instant yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until frothy and active.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and salt to evenly distribute flavors and prepare for dough formation.
  3. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Add the frothy yeast mixture, plant-based milk (natural), melted plant-based butter (natural), and vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural) to the dry ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon or dough hook until the dough begins to come together.
  4. Knead the Dough: Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth, elastic, and slightly tacky.
