Instructions

  2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add minced garlic and finely chopped onion, cooking 3-4 minutes until fragrant and translucent to build the sauce base.
  3. Make the Creamy Sauce: Add plant-based cheese, vegetable broth, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), and apple cider vinegar (natural) to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and sauce thickens. Gradually sprinkle in natural gelling agent to reach desired creamy consistency, using reserved pasta water to adjust sauce thickness as needed.
  4. Combine Pasta, Broccoli, and Chicken: Mix the cooked pasta, steamed broccoli, and shredded rotisserie chicken into the sauce. Toss gently to coat evenly and warm through for 2-3 minutes so flavors meld beautifully.
